The Height Safety Mission

Working at height, underground, or in confined spaces is a high risk task which we are dedicated to making safer through the use of modern engineering solutions. Our mission is to reduce workplace accidents by ensuring appropriate solutions are installed, regularly certified, and used by correctly trained staff.

We use our in-depth knowledge of New Zealand and Australian safety guidelines to provide practical, tailored, and affordable solutions to make working at height safer and ensure compliance with the latest health and safety at work regulations.

We can supply and install all your height safety equipment, and we are approved distributors and service agents for New Zealand’s leading equipment manufacturers.

What We Do

We engineer and install solutions that commonly include the following:

  • Anchor points providing fall prevention and fall arrest capabilities
  • Horizontal, vertical, and overhead safety lifelines for providing comprehensive protection while still allowing free movement over a large area
  • Ladder safety systems including retrofitting existing hard-mounted ladders, and the installation of new ladders with safety systems already integrated
  • Personal protective equipment (PPE) including harnesses, helmets, gloves, footwear, and a brand new range of safety clothing
  • Rail systems that provide a more rigid system than a lifeline and can even provide abseiling capability if engineered to do so
  • Rescue equipment solutions that combine our vast experience with state of the art equipment to save lives in the event of an emergency situation
  • Walkways and handrails designed and constructed for your unique requirements and capable of providing unbeatable protection

We also test, inspect, and certify a wide range of equipment commonly used when working at heights including harnesses, lanyards, winches regardless of their brands – we can look at them all.

When we certify equipment, we can provide a digital copy of each certificate, and we record all of our certificates in a custom built application called SafeTrak that our clients can request access to when they have a large number of certificates to manage.
